Le Souk
I'm being awfully lazy getting pictures of NYC up on here... but I came across this picture in my camera of this club we hit on my last night up there called Le Souk. It's a restaurant come post sunset night club. Quite outstanding. I felt like it was a scene out of Havana Nights.
As I understood from my cousin this club required that you either have + girl/guy ratio in your group or be of a certain, ahem, physical caliber. This was most definitely a first for me. But hey - it sure made for a lovely crowd (or as their website says "chic, upper echelon clientele" (of which I am neither)... not to mention the DJ was on his game that night. Here's a pic from one of the dance floors - the place was a veritable labryinth. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Oh, I love that place! They don't kid about the dress code or the looks though. The girl that's up there with the bouncer can be totally harsh.
