Texting... While Driving

Two things:
1) I lived in Southern Wales for a while.
2) Since discovering the joys of text I've found myself guilty of doing this several times.

   I also spent a bit of time in Wales (though never texted nor drove while there), and just the other day I was scolded by my boyfriend for texting while driving.

   I'm pretty confident that texting while driving is 10x worse than talking while driving.

   texting while driving is absurd. i can barely text while doing nothing else.... for that matter... i can barely drive too...
   
   in any case - what's the fun in texting? I'd much rather just talk.

   first of all, 1000 pounds is a ridiculous amount of money. second, there really is nothing like spending 10 minutes writing an insanely long text message only to have your phone ring and somehow erase it just before you hit send.

   I do that all the time!!! I wonder exactly how much worse it makes me drive?
