Apartment Madness
After some blood, sweat and tears (no exaggeration) - I've got an apartment in NYC... what's up with New York an apartments - it's like a battle to get a decent apartment. I think I signed away my first *and second* born children, left arm, life savings and maybe, just maybe, my father.
My new home is on East 51st Street between 2nd and 3rd Ave right in the heart of West Midtown Manhattan 6 blocks from Central Park and Times Square in a neighborhood called Turtle Bay.
It kicks ass. All the lack o' luck I didn't have in Vegas redeemed in one big fat apartment not big enough to fit a California King size bed. Ha - I love it. I'll post the pix from Vegas soon. I'm having issues with flickr...

YOU LUCKY BASTARD! I'm so glad you found an apt. But the West side is better he he. I wish I was in NYC now. You are going to have a blast. Don't party too much, wait, no party it up for me!!!

Sorry Dusty, I won't be in town - (alas, no PDZero on the 360)... sigh. Mr. Ferraris is in possession of my minor donation to your 'kids' - he'll have it for you when you're in town. We'll meet soon. Purposely plan a long layover in NYC next time around, k?
