Two things:

1. Building Partially Collapeses less than a block away from my apartment. That's always awesome.
2. W Hotel Assault happens mere moments before I walk past the hotel. I'm fairly certain I'm one of the people walking by the cameras as they were rolling. The NBC reporter was standing on a box and that's all I was deliberating over. Sad.
