By the way. I'm pretty certain that the reason New York's annual rate change is NA not because it's "Not Available" but probably because it means "Nonstop Ascent"
These figures are sobering because the average rent prices in Knoxville, TN are $472 according to city-data.com. Ouch.
I forgot I took this video a few weeks ago. It's Patrick straight-up going big stick and whaling a drive 320 yards. Yes, Three Two Zero... we almost cried when we found the ball down there near the bunker you see in front of the whole on the right side.
I failed to share this piece of information but it's about 11:50pm and I'm running a fever. I think my body has finally given up. After 6 days of non-stop new york style galavanting, debauchery, consumption of all foods unhealthy, total absence of sleep and overall general shindigging I think my left and right arms, legs, brain and eyes have decided to call it quits.
I'm actually typing this post with my nose and hoping that my neck is guessing which way to pound my head against the keyboard. It's quite sad actually.
[p.s. I got a call from my superintendant today saying that she had to come into my apartment because she smelled gas coming from it. Evidently I left the gas running... the sad thing is I just thought my place had a weird smell and tried remedying it with some Febreze. Sheesh, just imagine if I was a smoker... that wouldn't have tickled.]
So, I can't help but think this view from near my room looked a lot like what I'd see back home in T-E Double-N Double-S Double-E. This picture was taken at the absolute gut-wrenching time of 6:18 (yes, I'm weak) in the morning before we headed off for golf, but this sunset marked something important. It marked the day that Eric Earl Yang shot a true 95 stroke game of golf. I tallied them all folks. Every lost ball (only two), every poor stroke, every missed putt, every tossed club (only 1), every second drive... all of 'em. The only thing missing was driving off into the sunset in my 15 horsepower golf cart.
Yes, that number would mark the count of my latest wedding. I think I've been to so many weddings that I'm either married to a boat load of people or I'm just fed up with them... wait, it can't be the later because this past one in Mahopec, NY was one helluva fun weekend.
Including *but not limited to: Two games of golf, endless G&T's, gut-wrenching laughing, fab peeps, voluntary admission into a cabin retreat and one truly random performance of acapella singing (as evidenced below).
Sorry for the complete lacking of posts. I have been completely been MIA this past few days. No, not just with acapella renditions of songs at weddings but a few other things as well...
Don't ask me to recall all of them. I guarantee you I can't. I'll just try and post some pictures and hope that jogs the ol' synapses.
Oh, and in case you go looking thru the pics, none of the really juicy onces made it (wink).

is a take on New York City thru the eyes (and camera) of an OCD, ADD, Scorpio written in the timeless, Thoreau inspired, form of blogging. Or as we like to refer to
it: ADD writing for ADD reading. It's authored by a most contradictive guy armed with a most applicable Univ. of Tennessee economics degree working in the media industry
as a producer (you're damn right that's cliche') of design (huh?) for a major broadcast company's digital initiative (say wha?) that has somehow managed to
find his Korean, yet not Korean looking self living in the city that Ambien & Cosmo induced coma never sleeps. All that said, I don't promise greatness and I won't promise awesome but I will
promise New York and a little dash o' me.
